GENERAL RULES

  • Each player must first purchase chips at ComCen.

  • Each Bet Box will include a series of six (6) or more circles.
    • Circles with caricatures for Universal wagers.

    • Circles with numbers for Proxy wagers.

  • Players responsible for placing their wagers in circles provided
    prior to any card being dealt.

  • Each player will be dealt both a first card and a second card.


  • Dealer’s first card will be dealt “up” and second card “down”.


  • Each player will then play hand in traditional manner and
    either hit, stay, split, double down, or bust.


  • However, if player’s first two cards, and the dealer’s first two
    cards comprise a four-of-a-kind corresponding to the player’s
    Bet Box (1-6), that player will wins the Wheel Blackjack
    Universal Game, if a chip has been wagered.


  • For example, if the first two cards to both the Player and Dealer
    were a pair of 6’s, the player at Bet Box #6 would win the Universal
    Reward.


  • Also, if player at Bet Box #5 had wagered a chip on Bet Box #6,
    that player would win the Proxy Reward.

 

SPECIFIC RULES

  • In the case where a participating casino chooses
    to combine (link) more than one table in a bank with
    a similar prize, the following rules shall apply:


  • Universal winners will be limited to the
    the number of tables included in the bank.


  • Proxy winners will be limited to players at the
    same table where winning combination occurred.


  • Each participating Universal and Proxy winners will be
    entitled to a full share of the prize amount.


  • In a bank of 3 games, there can be up to 8 winners.
    (3 Universal and 5 Proxy winners).

ADDITIONAL RULES

  • Each pit supervisor will be notified of an impending
    winning combination by two methods:

    • verbally, by the dealer via radio and headset unit
    • electronically, via CCTV camera to pit monitor.

  • After each hand, dealer will move Player Marker in
    clockwise manner to the next Bet Box, and thus rotate,
    or “Wheel”, the position to be dealt to first and the player
    to initiate the wagering.


  • Additional chips will be available in the extra chip tray
    located on the shelf of the Caddy.


  • Integrity of table play and game protection will be
    provided by transmission to HDTV and to supervisor’s
    pit monitor via CCTV camera in canopy.


  • Names and photos of winners may be announced on
    scrolling LED display on canopy, on HDTV behind
    dealer, and on the 3 monitors at each ComCen.


  • Winners will also have their particular Bet Box illuminated
    with flashing lights from beneath the acrylic table layout
    and public announcements by speakers in canopy


  • Pit supervisors will be responsible for light and audio
    controls, etc., for creating excitement when winning
    combination occurs.
